I'm Mike Corey

Mike grew up in Canada with a curiosity that refused to sit still. It has sent him searching out the cultures, creatures, and locations most people avoid, and it built Fearless & Far into a YouTube channel of 2.8M+ subscribers, earned him an Emmy Award for Outstanding Host for his adventure travel program Uncharted Adventure, and an Ambie nomination for his podcast Against the Odds.

It started with a Bachelor of Science in Canada. Mike then backpacked the world for five years, volunteering as a research assistant for scientists studying ocean conservation. He brought a camera along, and the footage won him several international travel video competitions, enough to launch the channel.

Along the way he spent years making short films for tourism brands around the world. Feeling like he had more to give, he came back to YouTube to focus on the bizarre attractions and unique cultures of the planet.

That focus has taken him inside exploding hammer festivals, under the needle of a head-hunter tattooist, and scuba diving in hydrogen sulphide. He also speaks often about facing the fears in your life, and pushes people to break free of their bad habits.
